Oops. This is Picard about to say "Engage!", not "Make it so (sew)!", isn't it? Oh well.
Doesn't seem you are the only to make that mistake for this frame. But for fun I decided to watch all instances of "make it so" and I counted ywo instances where he does the hand gesture. One of them from a similar angle.
Or spends $300 in online shopping... and then again after the next paycheck.
Totally normal and healthy behavior 😬
