An Instagram Baddie can be defined as a woman who almost always looks "flawless." They're known for high follower counts, fan pages, and modernized fashion sense. Many instagram baddies are influencers, meaning clothing and makeup brands reach out to them for promotion
I've seen some around in my city. You can spot them because they are completely plastered in makeup. It looks incredibly unnatural in person but gets filtered out by the camera.
Forever 21 is actually one of the cheaper brands. They have lots of tiny impulse things near the register that are cheap. It is weird to go to forever 21 just to buy a single $1.35 item though.
I've only ever seen them in malls so it's not that weird if you think about it that way. Mall shopping is basically signing up to impulse buy stupid little things imo lol
