Is there a way to search posts and/or comments?
As I'm posting things, I'd like to avoid reposting stuff. But it's hard to tell if right now if I am, especially in more active communities, because I have to scroll through the existing posts manually.

Not at the moment I believe.
You will need to head to the web site and search it from there.
