Checked it up, apparently it comes from manga, so it's used more there and on the internet than in real life.

Best part is that I bought a computer that came with Win11 and my first order of business was to get Linux Mint on it and then tell myself "I'm gonna set up Windows later" and then a few weeks later I installed Nyarch Linux on it for the hell of it and I still haven't set up Windows.

(To be fair I still have Windows 10 on an old machine. But it's not my daily-use machine anymore. More like my backup.)
