This is so fucked. Ken Paxton is not a judge, and he doesn't have the power to adjudicate the law. This is thinly veiled begging for Paxton to sue...somebody...to reverse court decisions and oppose trans rights for the sake of political points now that Harris is within spitting distance of Trump in Texas.
