So... in AoTC, there's that scene where ani and obi are going up to her apartment. She totally barely recognized him. meanwhile she's all happy to see Obi.
Also, there's that deleted scene on Naboo where she's with her family and they're all gushing over Ani, and she totally shuts that down. Like with revulsion.
I take two things from this. 1) She and Obi were together, and 2) Anakin dominated her mind with the force. (also see those epically awful pickup lines.)
