It's because I can feel it
Video: Man cooking and cleaning his hands between each step:
- cracking an egg into a pan
- cracking black pepper over egg
- sprinkling either shredded cheese or potato over the egg
- putting bread in a toaster oven
- flipping egg with spatula
- spreading butter on bread with a butter knife
My version would include drying my hands then getting frustrated as the towel becomes more damp.
We have washcloths for stuff like this. Cause you inevitably need a paper towel after each dip under the sink, why not just have one damp cloth and voila.....problem solved.
It scares me to realize that most folks may not do this.
