The Mars Volta at St James in 2007 is still the best gig I’ve ever been to 🤘🏻
Would love to see gigs back there again.
TBH I had no idea it was in this condition. I thought there were regular events there, though I'm not local and I can't actually name any recent events held there.
There’s also a St James Theatre in Wellington that is in operation so that may be why.
