Brakes
Anybody used a board with brakes installed? Was looking at it for hilly commutes but a lot of them either seem sketchy or won't let you use your own wheels.

I always just foot braked in a pair of shoes I didn't care about and frequently replaced them. I'm curious if there's been any better innovations.
If you have an electric board, the braking is pretty nice to have.
I'm just never gonna go fast enough to need to slide to stop, nor do I know how to do it or want to do it. But sometimes I go fast enough that I need to slow down before a turn or intersection.
