Bike culture? Or just the best way to get around?
Interesting take for sure. Maybe the American "bike culture" is holding us back from having good bike infrastructure and encouraging livable communities.

i see some of this in portland OR, not to the scale in the video... but we do have events, and have some decent bike infrastructure. there are definitely fragments of bike culture here, from the punks, commuters, and the racing scene.
