Most of that comes up during the discussion around limits. If we start talking about degradation, then names comes up pretty naturally.

Mistress and pet are our go-to names.
Baby is fine, good girl is so nice, don't mind slut.
Sir is good, Daddy I have come around to over time, Master I don't like at all.
