You can see the Northern Lights very clearly in my backyard. I've only seen them one other time in my whole life so I wanted to share. A few more in the comments.
Just got home from work. They just sort of popped up...so I wanted to give others the chance to enjoy the view.

I came from Gaylord. The entire drive home they weren't there. Then as soon as I pulled in, I noticed.
I have yet to see them in person! Someday I will for sure. Those colors are such a trip.
Definitely worth seeking out at least once.
