Totally agree. It would be interesting to see if he'd be to Lando like Checo to Max, or if he'd be up there fighting for wins

That's because he was still under contract, right? So presumably if they hadn't signed Piastri then they'd still have Ricciardo as their driver.
I remember people on reddit saying that wasn't professional and he wouldn't be taken seriously in the paddock anymore. I love armchair experts.
