From what I’ve gathered, Bailu is okay. You just need more skill points to funnel her heals to Blade. Obviously not as good as Luocha’s auto healing stuff.
Congrats! I went 70 pulls deep, then lost 50/50 to Bronya. I didn’t have her, so hard to complain for a new character.

Similar here I decided to put Natasha with blade, luocha is the worst support for blade, he needs burst healing not constantly like luocha brings.
