Unless she happened to intentionally take part in polls whenever there was one (and I would be surprised she did), there's no way she did as there's never been a referendum on the question in the UK and even polls on the subject weren't common until the 90s.

The headline comes up if you Google it, and it is accurate that she voted in a TV poll, phoning in repeatedly, according to the biography.

The fact that the express is obsessed with Diana is the better thing to go after the journalist for.

For sure it would have been a much healthier upbringing for both William and Harry if they were not royals anymore

I find this hard to believe considering there hasn't been a referendum on the subject, and voting stations don't allow multiple people to vote together anyway unless it's a parent taking their child.
