Eating Beans Every Day for a Week
No, not for every meal or exclusively. Just having some beans every day. Here were some of the benefits I found in the article.
- Keeps you from getting hungry between meals
- Considerably increases your protein intake
- Regulate blood sugar
- Help with digestion
- Saves $$$ on the grocery bill

Beans are real good for you! I know you said you're not eating exclusively beans and not for every meal but here's an Aussie who did do that for 40ish days just to see if he could, worth a watch imo.

To be clear, it's not me that ate beans every day for a week. It's the author of the post I linked to.
Thanks for the link to the 40 day bean eating Aussie. I'll definitely take a look.
My girlfriend made cowboy beans to camp this past weekend. Now I'm hooked. They definitely do curb hunger!
Cowboy beans? Never had it. Was it something like this recipe?

Similar. No peppers. Add liquid smoke, brown sugar, and navy beans.
Thanks
