I work in the software industry and would love to move to a worked owned company/co-op.
Does anyone know good resources for finding co-ops in Germany and/or Europe?

Here’s a pretty comprehensive list: https://tech-coops.xyz/ – I co-founded Village One two years ago, because I had the same desire, but couldn’t find anything that was a match. Unfortunately there aren’t many of us (yet).
