To each their own but it seems silly to remove a post because you don’t find it funny when it’s not something outright offensive.

I also love that they say it’s “not very funny,” conceding it’s a little funny but still worth mod action anyway

I don't. The closer this place gets to FYAD idiot kings and people migrating to new communities if they don't like a particular idiot king mod, the better. Modlogs should be funny.

I presume people that don’t find South Park funny watch Big Bang Theory and Friends

I find all of them enjoyable. Not to an equal degree but still.

I think both actually had a live audience. In any case, the laugh doesn't bother me.

Heck yeah! Enough with this bs gatekeeping

Southpark is great, mmkay

South Park fell off for me right when Trump got elected. The world just got too absurd for South Park to properly make fun of at that point, I suspect.

Remember when they had original self contained stories that weren't just pop culture

I still enjoy it, but yes, I don't need almost every story/movie to be ripped from reality. This isn't law and order. Every once in a while, sure, like the WoW episode.

South Park is shit. Used to be enjoyable but Trey and Matt are insufferable libertarian morons.

I think the biggest sin that South Park and The Simpsons have made is the disaffected "both candidates suck equally" bit. Essentially advocating for voter apathy is appalling. Just look at the makeup of the US Supreme Court and say with a straight face that "Giant Douche" and "Turd Sandwich" was a reasonable take.

No, the biggest sin is convincing people caring about things is stupid. Followed by the manbearpig climate change joke.

in defense of Matt and Trey, they did apologize on the ManBearPig thing. And it's not like their depiction of Trump is very flattering, either...

While I agree with the sentiment when a show like South Park influences anyone's political decisions then they are lost anyway

South Park was funny when it was satire. Then reality got fucked, and south park is just too real now.
