Internet connection repaired
Was laidoff several months ago, I didn't realize how much stress this caused me, now I send myself messages.
Wait, are you saying you were stressed out by having an empty inbox and no new messages?
No, all the messages, and emails, and teams notifications. Not having them made me realize how stressed I was working there.
Got it, yeah being able to unplug is huge, it’s crazy what the little unread badges can do to our mental state
