ILPT: Before holding up a store or a bank, steal your enemy's phone.
Then, after you rob the store, "accidentally" drop the phone at the scene before you make a getaway so the authorities will go on a false trail to arrest your enemy. Also make sure to wear a sock over your head so if anyone tries to grab you, all thet get is a sock.

On top of this, make sure you coordinate with some other folks to hit different places at the same time. Increases your chance of getaway.
