[Request] Any apps on android to write to an NTFS drive?
Android can open it as read-only but is there an app on F-Droid that allows me to write to an NTFS drive connectrd over USB-C too?

Unlikely, as that would have to be made available as a filesystem driver.
As far as I know you can't, but what I did was to connect the drive to a PC (Windows or Linux) and make a SMB share of it. There is an app on F-Droid that can connect to SMB shares.
