‘Transformed’ Swartz Bay ferry terminal restaurant opens with new menu
Seems like it's still a far cry from the options available on the Tsawwassen side, but any change has got to be an improvement. Anyone been there since it reopened and seen what they have on offer now?
On my recent trip from the Island, I have to say it was a nice terminal.
I would have liked to have been on a ferry more quickly, but purgatory was improved.
(Is it time to discuss how BCF should move from a monolithic model to a more stable and serviceable unit size with more tactical versatility and that can better handle the weather now and into the next 50 years?)
So people can still buy vastly overpriced snacks while waiting for ferry cancellations?
I bet we can have a 'priorities' discussion here if we're talking about making people more comfy during their 3-hour wait.
