Considering that the VIN number needs to be inspected and verified for each vehicle during the entire Import/Compliance/Distribution/Delivery process, this is a pretty big balls-up.

We bought a BYD Seal and its a close call between the software or the sales people that were the most disappointing part of the whole thing.
Toyota has the sales routine and after sales servicing nailed. Pity their cars are about a decade behind everyone else.
