What's the difference between Pleroma and Mastodon?
My friend has recommended me to try out Pleroma as one of the alternate place to leave Reddit aside. As I've seen Pleroma and Mastodon are Twitter like fediverses.

On the backend - Lower resource requirements on a server...
On the frontend - Post reactions (instead of just liking a post), Increased character limits on posts (default is around 5000 characters), can use markdown, BB Code etc formatting
