Alright full story:

His name is Tim Misney and he mostly does like medical malpractice law. Has an arch over the entrance to his house that says “Misneyland”.

For years he’s had a slogan that was like “Misney Makes Them Pay” and bought up a lot of the billboards in North Eastern Ohio. Now he’s so well known as the Billboard Lawyer guy that he has boards that just say “I’m Tim Misney, you know what I do” and also just these ones of his head in random places.

When vacationing in the US one of the things that really stuck out to me is the amount of lawyers on billboards they (or you) have over there. Seems Americans really like suing huh?

95% of them are for vehicle injuries or medical malpractice so I would say yes.

“Misneyland” is hilarious! I did not know that about him. Thank you for this tidbit!

It’s a local attorney lawyer that is so ridiculously well known that he knew he could make billboard of his eyes and every one would know.

Hey don't leave us Arizonans out! The Internet extends beyond the flyover states good sir!

Is it a problem that my brain automatically played a vine thud to accomodate this image?

It blows my mind how this keeps coming up. I guess I prefer the strange lawyer ads as our current meme for Cleveland over the balloon fiasco or the burning river.

There's another one on I-71N near the Zoo! We always comment that out-of-towner's must wonder "What the hell is going on? Who the hell is that? Is that the guy who invented Cleveland?" (No, BTW. Everyone knows that is actually Moses Cleveland)
