You see guys, you can't be charged for the same crime twice, it'd be double jeopardy! So now the prosecutors need to drop enforcement of my personal bankruptcy.

It's honestly got to be some kind of record... declaring bankruptcy for your new startup before your existing bankruptcy charges are even enforced.
