Vince Russo is full of shit, but I would welcome Tony Khan buying out WBD. He couldn't do a worse job running it than David Zaslav has.
It's things like this that give an insight as to why Russo booked the storylines he did - genuine belief that the world works the way his brain does.

Sounds legit, I mean it's from the same guy that thought Judy Bagwell on a pole was a great idea! And we all know that is an all-time great.
It's a bit far fetched. I think Vinnie is on the hard seltzer or he's working off of an outdated idea of what networks are looking for. About the only thing that draws TV ratings these days is live sports, and wrestling is probably the cheapest live "sport" there is.
People really need to learn that "billionaire" does not mean "infinte money". There were rumors that TK was going to buy WWE and even those were not plausible, but this is hundreds of times less plausible.
He might acquire some stake so he has a say in the board's decisions but there's materially no way he can just outright buy one of the largest media networks in the world, especially since buyouts of that magnitude generally have to outpay the net worth by a fair bit to ensure the board takes the offer, like what Microsoft is doing with actiblizzion.
