I sure hope that's not a non-stick pan, otherwise there will probably be Teflon in that food and the pan will be ruined for good as a non-stick.

Also might not be the best idea to do that indoors without ventilation due to carbon monoxide and smoke. Actually it's probably best to just do it outside in a cast iron pan that doesn't have any toxic coating on it.
