TF2, according to steam charts, is the third most played game on steam. It’s been overrun by bots for years now, and recently a petition started that’ll be physically printed and delivered to valve HQ. If you care about TF2, or if you can spare some time, please sign the petition

Because of the high amount of users, emails could be delayed for some time. Mine took about 12h.

Probably, maybe not, who knows, but any game that has a marketplace - and if it is possible, will have bots too

Just let the game die honestly.
It's never going to get better, the dev time is just not worth it to valve.
MYM was their last attempt to do anything with the game and it failed terribly, mostly due to their incompetence.
"Let" it die.
As if everyone is just going to stop playing if Valve confirms they will never do anything about it.
The game is still fun, and deserves to be functional.
