that is no joke, at least to me today. I dehydrated yesterday in a train because the past few days i ate like nothing and drank like 750ml. Luckely there where some people that helped me go to ehere i wanted (not far away)
And there i ate something that left me powerless and puking when i grank more than 3 waterdrops in an half hour. Because of that i later was in a hospital that fas overfilled because of partypeople on drugs
4 hours sounds good if it's on a school day. That's still like, above average. If I am too shaky I put a couple spoons of sugar into a cup of water and drink it = breakfast.

I don’t understand how you can dehydrate. Drinking takes half a minute and you’re good to go for a few hours.
