It's surprising really that TfL haven't made a bit more of a feature of it. Victorians were a cynical bunch who wouldn't have gone in for such frippery, but in this day and age you think the least they'd do is paint a mural on it so you know what it is. Could be pretty cool if done right.

I think I heard that the Goddess of the River Westbourne prefers to go by Chelsea. FYI.
