Near the end of 11 I think he says he's over 1000. And then he spends who knows how long chilling on some planet growing old since he thinks he's gonna die.

And then 12 punches a wall for a few billion years but for reasons it only really counts for less than a year probably. Then he spends a while as a professor, probably over 100. So yeah I guess across all that it could reasonably be 1000 years making jodie 2000 years old.
