LPT - Change your default viewing to “subscribed” so your defaulted view is showing more subs than just your local instances.

Doing this will give you a more reddit like experience.

While you're there, also change Sort Type to Hot instead of Active, so that the algorithm prioritizes based on Post time rather than Last Comment time. Makes it seem less like a message board and more like Reddit.
This is how I have been browsing, this way it avoids the constant page refreshing

Subscribed is the front page equivalent, All is /r/All, local has no equivalent in Reddit.
