Well that's an interesting turn. I wonder, did Andretti/Cadillac go to Congress or did Congress come to them?
Either way it could bring the pressure needed for the current owners to stop being such cunts and let a new team enter.
Edit-FWIW I read the article, it doesn't say specifically who got the ball rolling on this.
I think Mario said on Sunday before the race that he was approached by people from Congress about this issue. I could be misremembering though
