It's not a ruse. Israel is literally the side refusing a deal. Maybe they don't like the deal, but that doesn't make it a ruse.
It very much seems like Netanyahu wants to invade Rafah no matter what.
The only "deal" they will accept is "Gaza is Israeli property now."
They're already selling prime Mediterranean beachfront real estate blocks. Palestine will be eradicated if all goes to plan.
That monster needs to go.
