I was kinda wondering this when I logged on and played last night as my bone spear necro. It's anecdotal evidence, but I felt like I was dealing substantially less damage to Elites than I was the night before. But at the same time other things were still getting mowed down.
That said I still smashed a stronghold solo even having felt that something had changed, so I could really go either way on this one.
How confirmed are these nerfs?
People constantly complaining about stealth nerfs is a tale as old as online gaming has existed.
I'm also intrigued but need more sources on this one.

I could have sworn my rogue was getting 3 attacks with Shadow Imbuement and now only 2. Odd…

Crazy...I really hope blizzard stops with all these nerfs.... just buff different spells / dungeons whatever instead of always nerfing stuff.
Nerfing is okay if something is too strong but please tell us about it - we need to know.
yeah even if I don't agree with their reasoning I'd always prefer them telling us it's happening than having to find out like this
