F1 will not manipulate championship to slow down Red Bull
Formula 1 CEO Stefano Domenicali says it would be an unfair “manipulation” to change rules mid-season to stop Red Bull running away with the championship.

I'm no Red Bull fan, but of course they shouldn't. They can can gradually tweak things between seasons to try to bring more competition at the top, but mid-season would just destroy the little credibility that the FIA has left.
