They came out amazing!!! (smoked beef short ribs)
I may have ate too much, but I am so happy with the results. Not bad for my first time and battling with rain messing with my temp.

Seasoned with just salt and pepper. 285F for 5-6 hours, desired internal temp of 205-210. Let rest for 1 hour. Profit.
They look great! We had some last weekend and it is definitely the best bite in bbq.
