Build #5 now out on TestFlight
- add very basic inbox (for comment replies)
- fix left sidebar opening with gestures
- made account switching more stable
- display more communities in left sidebar (now displaying up to 50)
- improved the look of the instance entry textbox
- flip the down/upvote button order to the more common one
