As someone who loves old and historically significant machinery, the amount of history that has been lost during this war really makes me sad. Miriya the AN225, Kommuna the 110 year old vessel that has served three iterations of the Russian government, the weird radiation proof personnel transporter they lost a few weeks ago. Even all the old tanks and personnel transporters that could have ended up in the hands of collectors, it's all stuff that has been lost, and can never be regained.
Yeah, it’s sad to see unique bits of history fall foul of the whims of a tyrant. In the same Vance, the historical sites in the Middle East being destroyed by fundamentalists is a tragedy.

I saw this ship in The Kommuna - Russia’s Bizarre 110 Year Old Warship By Calum on Youtube. Guess she was finally put to rest.
