LA County sheriff says deputy punching baby-holding mother in the face was ‘completely unacceptable’
LOS ANGELES (AP) — For the second time in a week, the Los Angeles County sheriff decried the use of force by deputies in the Antelope Valley after the Sheriff’s Department released video on Wednesday of a deputy punching a woman twice in the face as she held her baby.

In other news, the sky is blue. Hopefully that cop is at the least fired and then charged with assault.
How bad is it that this feels like a real victory.
The police union however says it's A-OK.
“The officer in question was following stated procedure. This controversy has put a large psychological toll on them and they need six weeks of paid vacation to recover.”
