I've broken both of my hands (one snowboarding - biffed it, did a flip in the biff, forgot to tuck my arm, smashed it on the snow during the flip and it broke, didn't land the flip; the other in a car accident) so I kind of had to learn to use the nondominant hand. Hold in left, tap with right. My fingers are too short to one-hand this.
I operate two handed or hold in the right and touch with the left.
I have a larger device, so I hold it in my primary, and generally go two-handed unless I'm just scrolling.
