Life Notes - Keeping track of symptoms and medication
I've recently been given medication for a rash I've been experiencing. With this app I can nicely track when the rash starts, at what time I take my medication and how effective it is. Seems to be a single developer who created a solid app. Also available on Playstore.

Sounds great! So far I've only been using https://github.com/CorruptedArk/did-i-take-my-meds but I never thought about tracking my symptoms.
