How can I switch between two instances and make all the sub lemmies I subscribed to appear in subscribed section?

From your inbox page, the top right corner let's you add or switch accounts.
You can also long press the profile tab to bring up the account selector without leaving the tab you are in.

Hey there! As others have already mentioned, you can switch between your instances by long pressing on the Account/Profile tab and selecting your other account.
If you’re asking how to migrate your account’s subscriptions to another account, that feature is not yet available in Thunder.
Maybe search "account migration for lemmy".
