I get envious of these sorts of stories – have always enjoyed being around the ocean and loved the Oceans episode of BBC’s Human Planet – but the seafood gets to me after awhile and the Bajau Laut segment of the Oceans episode where they show people casually chomping down on an unseasoned slab of conch was a little intimidating …

What an inspiring story. He must have so much dedication, to have started a project he thought would take six months and has now been working on for 3.5 years. Its amazing to see how he has been able to make an entire lifestyle dedicated to an alternative, sustainable housing situation.

Itll be really cool to see the boat once he gets wind turbines set up. Id also love to see a lil herb garden. Thanks for sharing the link :)
