I just started again after a few months hiatus because of being sick a bit, focusing more on strength and not really feeling. Had my first run a few days ago and can still feel it in my whole body 😄 my time wasn't bad, I just overdid it a bit, with the endorphins and the motivation and all.
On Monday I get to start running again. I had surgery on my lower back at the end of November last year after a disc injury done in April 2022. I'm finally cleared to run again. 😁😁😁
Just started running again this week after months of physical therapy for an ankle injury. Really excited to get back to it, also a little nervous I'm going to mess up my ankle again.
For me, I missed my run this morning on account of parenting related stuff. So going tomorrow. I'm finding the routes I can run locally a bit stale, but it's a two-birds-with-one-stone thing as I'm running with the doggo....so Shikata ga nai
I don't have firm routes, more options that I can put together depending on how much distance and elevation I want. Doing different variations each time helps the monotony. I also listen to audiobooks on zone 2-3 runs but can't focus on them during zone 4-5 (5 zone HR model)
I'm a bit late, but just came from a shower after great run and a bit of circuit training.
Last run in friday, so today I had had two and a half rest days (skipped a run). Did great though, second time running "fast" and long in this program and hit pb's.
1km: 4:17
1mi: 6:57
5km: 22:43
Pretty good improvements to last ones, but I was most happy that by 12 minute mark I had run 2.65km.
Training for cooper test a few weeks away (initial goal 2.8km in the test) and I've been doing pretty nice improvements in the last month or so running routinely. Discipline is hard though and I've skipped two workouts due to grueling sleep schedules or some stupid obsession(new game :D).
Next three weeks gotta continue running fast and not break shit. Also get more strength too, so I'm gonna be busy and strained.
Almost exactly 12 months after they sent me a refurbished one, I've got the same issue again. Although this time it's vertical lines instead of the white spot. I'll ride it out for as long as possible, but what would I replace a 245 music with these days? Just need the running metrics, gps and on board music, nothing fancy.

I'm training for some upcoming 10k races. I've been sticking to regular training 3-4 days a week. I'll be heading out to run 15k in a couple hours.
Very first half is in 3 weeks. I'm not nervous at all...
Did a new parkrun today, Bath Skyline in the south west of the UK. Really nice run with good views across the city.

I was all set for a 10k in April but now I’ve been sick for like 2.5 weeks and my lungs are wrecked. Not at all happy.
Got some PBs this morning. Feels good man.

Feeling good all and all.
Will you have energy gel again tho?
I'm just coming back from a 4 week hiatus...it feels like starting from scratch again, it sucks and completely destroys my motivation.
Training for a 5k. I prefer longer distances, but using this as a learning exercise.
Short hard training runs are very unpleasant in the moment, but doing them in training dropped my 5k from 22 to 20.
