Every time I get one of those from Telegram I always report it stating that nobody asked for it and that it's utterly unnecessary for a messenger app.

Premium costs a bit too much for me. I'd purchase it but not at that price.
I think you can hide thoose(archive) stories
It's funny to see that the only stories happening there are the ones from telegram itself. No one else in my contact list is using that since release.
Some of my contacts did, but I hid them stories right away, so they don't clutter the interface
Signal Statuses are literally the only way I "social media" with people I know.

Only use for status is to say you're on Signal.
It is very popular in India. Especially for folks who don't use Instagram.
I wish they'd just add something useful like threaded conversations.
I just want themes. Any app regardless of whatever the fuck it is, banking, notes, video player, web browser... I want to customize it.

Haven't touched that app in years.
I try not to use anything that Zuck has his lizard tentacles on. Signal is my go to.
I can't say that I don't since there's a meta quest 3 on my desk, but I do think signal is better and more secure.
