what is the "CPU requirements" for decoding "AV1 4K 60fps HDR" smoothly (using dav1d v-1.4.1)

I don’t have an answer for you but probably worth investing in a gpu that supports hardware decode

For 4k60 you will probably need a recent CPU. My old Intel 3570k would need 60-75% of it's capability to decode 4k60 before any HDR.
