What's the optimal ratio of US stocks to international stocks?

Just get VT and chill
If I'm using Schwab, is there any drawback to using Vanguard funds there, or is it worth opening a Vanguard account?
I don't believe there's any real difference, not until you're talking about millions of dollars or whatever for the higher class shares (and then it could be the same, I just don't know).
