I think this is totally real. No way anyone could have guessed that being tarkatan came from a disease in this version before the trailer (let alone it being called the "tarkat" disease).

I also believe that Scorpion is Kuai Liang this time. Considering that Bi-Han is definitely Sub-Zero, and Scorpion is confirmed his brother. It wouldn't make sense for it to be Hanzo considering Hanzo came from a totally different country.
